The planet Mars is transiting the sign of Leo in September 2013. For example: on September 5, Mars is in 5º 3´/ 5º 41´ of Leo; on September 10, Mars is.in 8º 12´/ 8º 50´ of Leo; on September 29, Mars is in 20º 1´/ 20º 38´ of Leo.  The position of Mars in September 2013 creates the possibility of great accidents in some countries, cities,  factories, air traffic and railroad traffic of  the world. Between these countries and cities probably affected, I mention Iran and New Jersey.

AREA 6º-8º  OF LEO´S  SIGN:

EARTHQUAKES IN IRAN 

The pass of the Sun, Mars or other planet or a Moon´s Node in the area 6º-8º of Leo´s sign is a partial cause of earthquakes in Iran.

On November 4, 1956, with Uranus 6 º 57 '/ 6 ° 58' Leo, Saturn in 2º 38 '/ 2 ° 42' Sagittarius, an earthquake of magnitude 6.8 on the Richter scale in Luristan, Iran, creates 2,500 dead, on July 2, 1957 with Mars at 6 º 35 '/ 7 ° 12' Leo, two earthquakes of magnitude 7.3 and 7.1 on the Richter scale shakes northern Iran, causing more than 1,200 deaths, on September 1, 1962, with North Node of the Moon in 8 º 43 '/ 8 ° 37' Leo, an earthquake in Qazvin, Iran, generates 12,225 dead.

So there is a possibility not very high of occurrence of an earthquake in Iran when Mars transits the area 6º-8º of Leo, in the period 6-11 of September 2013.

DISASTERS IN NEW JERSEY

The pass of the Sun, Mars or other planet or a Moon´s Node in the area 4º-10º of Leo´s sign is a partial cause of great accidents in New Jersey, USA.

.On June 30, 1900, with Mercury in 3º 14´/ 4º 24´ Leo, a fire at the docks in Hobocken, New Jersey, causes 326 deaths; on June 16, 1925, with Moon ´s North Node in 5º 30´/ 5º 25´Leo, a railroad disaster in Hackettstown, New Jersey, originates 50 deaths; on September 8, 1934, with Mars in 5º 21´/ 59´ Leo, the U.S. the steamer Morro Castle, travelling from Havana to New York, results burned off Asbury Park, New Jersey, killing 134 people; on September 12, 1940, with Venus in 3º 17´/ 4º 18´Leo, an explosion at Hercules Powder, in Kenvil, New Jersey produces 55 deaths; on June 17, 1951, with Venus in 10º 9´/ 11º 9´ Leo, Joe Piscop is born in Passaico, New Jersey, USA; on May 22, 1958, with Uranus in 8º 8´/ 9´Leo, Saturn in 24º 2´/ 23º 59´ Sagittarius, an explosion of nike missiles, in Leonardo, New Jersey, makes 10 deaths; on July 12-17, 1967, with Jupiter in 9º 29´/ 10º 46´Leo, riots are unchained by blacks in Newark, New Jersey, resulting 26 killed, 1,500 injured and more than 1,000 arrested; on January 9, 1981, with Moon ´s North node in 10º 56´/ 57´Leo, a fire at a boarding home, in Keansburg, New Jersey, causes 30 deaths. 

On September 2013, Mars transtits the area 4º-10º of Leo ´s sign in the period September 4/ September 14 . creating a middle level possibility of a great accident in New Jersey, USA.

These calculations are made by me, a researcher of social and political history through astronomical parameters - historical and social Astrology  - in Portugal, and have nothing to do with the fanciful calculations of 99% of worldwide astrologers . I'm countercurrent because  official universities and major publishers, mentally blocked by the ideas of Carl Sagan, Albert Einstein, Hubert Reeves, Peter Singer, Martin Heidegger, Bertrand Russell and thousands of other academic,  stablished and continue to say that "there is no planetary determinism ruling  the disasters on Earth, on the societies and human life, astrology is not science but superstition ".
